We may collect the following types of information to provide home healthcare management services:

a) Personal & Identity Information
- Name, Phone Number, and Email Address
- Registration Details: Nurse/Caregiver application forms, ID verification proofs, and profile photos

b) Precise Location Data
- We collect precise GPS location data when nurses/caregivers check-in for active duty to verify attendance, track home care visits, and ensure patient safety. Location collection occurs only when duty features are actively used in the app.

c) Device, Media & Camera Access
- Camera & Storage Access: Used solely for uploading caregiver verification documents, profile photos, and digital signatures.
- Technical & Usage Data: App usage data, device type, OS version, IP address, and crash logs collected via Firebase Analytics for app stability.

d) Payment Information
- Initial registration fees (₹199 for patient onboarding) are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (Razorpay). We do not store your credit/debit card details or UPI PINs on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate users via Mobile OTP and manage role-based access (Doctors, Nurses, Patients)
• Process nurse duty check-ins, attendance, and location verification for home visits
• Display scheduled medicine doses, prescription guidance, and care visit logs
• Facilitate in-app complaint resolution and emergency SOS alerts
• Maintain app security, prevent fraud, and improve overall app performance

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers solely to operate our app:

• Third-party service providers (e.g., Firebase Analytics & Storage, Razorpay Payment Gateway)
• When required by law, subpoena, or legal process

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (including HTTPS encryption in transit) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Direct Account Deletion & User Rights

Users have complete control over their personal data and can delete their account directly and instantly inside the app at any time—without needing to submit any manual request or wait for support approval:

• Instant In-App Deletion: Users can navigate to Profile / Settings -> Click "Delete Account" inside the Wecare360 mobile app to instantly purge their account, profile data, and credentials from our system.

Upon account deletion, all personal profiles and associated account records are erased immediately and permanently.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our app is intended for adult users (aged 18 and over). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

7. Third-Party Services

Our app uses secure third-party services such as:

• Google Firebase (Push notifications, file storage & crash analytics)
• Razorpay (Secure payment processing for ₹199 registration fee)

These services collect and process information as per their respective privacy policies.

This app is intended for home healthcare management and scheduling purposes only.
We do not provide emergency clinical diagnosis or replace professional medical treatment.
